Direction to use
- Soak in filtered water for about 3 hours.
- After the water boils, put the bird's nest in a stew pot and simmer on high heat for about 25 to 40 minutes. Then add other condiments and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Amount to use:
- 1. Eat one or two meals per week, one bowl at a time.
