Sarawak Black Pepper
Less spicy/ Strong pepper aroma
Black pepper, a flowering vine of the pepper family, also known as Kurokawa, is native to the Malabar Coast in India and is widely cultivated locally and in other tropical regions such as Sarawak in Malaysia. The fruit of black pepper appears black-red when ripe and contains a seed; after drying, the fruit becomes a pepper stone with a diameter of 5 mm. It is spicy flavor and is one of the earliest spices used by people.
