Organic millet is a fine product of millet and is a grain made from husks of millet. Because of its small grain, about 1 mm in diameter, it is named. Native to the Yellow River Basin in northern China, the main food crop in ancient China, the Xia and Shang dynasties belong to the "millet culture".
