Suitable to stew soup or cook dish. The dried abalone side needs to be process first. The method is as follows: boil a pot of boiling water, put the dried sides into the water, boil until the water boiling then turn to a low heat, when its soften and remove it, soak it in cold water, scrape off the black skin and the rough skin at bottom surface, and then add onion, ginger, cooking wine with water until bone can be removed, remove the bone, repair the decayed parts, brew with water to remove fishy odour.
